1. App - Open app [Instanet broadband for Android / Instanet Technology for iOS ] - check for pickup - select the date & time with message - submit
2. Portal - Open Url [user.instanetvasai.com] - login with credentials - on left side menu option - click for make payment - click on pickup request - select the date & time with message - submit
3. Call - Please call on our toll free number 18002669797 & ext 2 to put a pickup request.
02 How to make online payment for renewal
Online Renewal Process
1. App - Open app - [Instanet broadband for Android / Instanet Technology for iOS ]
*For same plan renew - click on renew now - look for proceed to pay - click on pay - click to procced - select the preferred mode - complete the payment
*For change of plan - click on upgrade plan - select the required plan - select renew type [see the popup/written notes ] - click on pay - click to procced - select the preferred mode - complete the payment
2. Portal - Open Url [user.instanetvasai.com] - login with credentials
*For same plan renew - on left side menu option - click for make payment - click on preferred payment getways [ccvavenue/payu] - click to procced - select the preferred mode - complete the payment
*For change of plan - on left side menu option - click on change package option - select the required plan as per cycle - select renew type - [see the popup/written notes ] - click on pay now - click on preffer payment getways [ccvavenue/payu] - click to procced - select the prefed mode - complete the payment
03 How to Upgrade / Degdrade my plan
Upgrade / Degrade Process
1. App - Open app - [Instanet broadband for Android / Instanet Technology for iOS ]
*Click on upgrade plan - select the required plan - select renew type as Immediate Renewal with Adjustment - system wll calculate the diffrence amount as per plan if any - click on pay - click to procced - select the prefed mode - complete the payment
2. Portal - Open Url [user.instanetvasai.com] - login with credentials
*on left side menu option - click on change package option - select the required plan as per cycle - select renew type as Immediate Renewal with Adjustment - click on pay now - click on preffer payment getways [ccvavenue/payu] - click to procced - select the prefed mode - complete the payment

05 How to get Invoice/Receipt of my renewal
Invoice / Receipt Copy
1. App - Open app - [Instanet broadband for Android / Instanet Technology for iOS ]
*look for transaction option - click on the payment date - under quick actions - click on download/share receipt
2. Portal - Open Url [user.instanetvasai.com] - login with credentials
*on left side menu option - click on Payment History - click on view receipt / vire invoice option as per payment dates - pdf will be downloaded.
06 How to get tax invoice
Corporate GST invoice
*Auto mail - After payment gst holding users will get the tax invoice on regd. Email id within 2 days from einvoice@instanetvasai.com

07 How can we update my GST
GST Update
1. Portal - Open Url [user.instanetvasai.com] - login with credentials
*Under my profile - click on GST no - put the number - click on update
*By mailing - mail to renewal@instanetvasai.com with your userid / mobile number
08 How can we get the account ledger

*on left side menu option - click on my timeline / payment history- get the details.
