01 Error 220 – Payment Issue
If you see Error 220, it means your payment has not been completed. If you still get Error 220 after making payment, the cable TV command has failed. Please call Customer Care 0250-6912010 to resend the command.
02 Payment Process
While making payment, kindly keep your TV switched ON to ensure proper activation.
03 Error 300 – Technical Issue
If you see Error 300, it indicates a technical problem in your area. Please wait or contact Customer Care 0250-6912010 for updates
04 Error 210 – Viewing Card Not Activated
1. This message appears when the SetTop Box (STB) and Viewing Card (VC) are not
paired.
2. When Error 210 is displayed, the RCU Block is enabled in the STB, except for three
keys:
o Yellow (used for NIT search)
o Off/On
o Menu
3. To resolve this issue, please contact Customer Care 0250-6912010 for activation
support.
05 Filing Complaints
You can register your complaint through the My Cable TV App or by calling the Customer
Care number 0250-6912010. If the helpline is busy, please use the app to file your complaint
online.
06 Collection Executive Request
If you want a collection executive to visit your place, kindly inform Customer Care 0250-
6912010.
07 Recharge Confirmation
After making payment, you will receive a confirmation SMS or notification. If not, please check
the My Cable TV App or contact Customer Care 0250-6912010.
08 Channel Not Showing
If a subscribed channel is not visible, restart your set top box. If the issue persists, call Customer
Care 0250-6912010.
09 Set Top Box Restart
Switch off your set top box, wait 30 seconds, and turn it back on to resolve common issues.
10 Change of Address
If you are shifting to a new location, inform Customer Care 0250-6912010 in advance to update
your service address.
A payment of ₹200 is required for the address change process.
11 Duplicate Payment
If you accidentally make a duplicate payment, share the transaction details with Customer Care 0250-6912010. The amount will be adjusted in your next billing cycle.
12 Missed Payment Deadline
If payment is not made by the due date, services may be temporarily suspended through the automatic system. Pay immediately to restore service.
13 Upgrade/Downgrade Plan
You can request a plan change through the My Cable TV App or by calling Customer Care 0250-6912010.
